Programmes for the parts of life nobody trains you for
Programmes are not clinical training. They are structured, time-bound courses for anyone — parents, couples, adults working on their own wellbeing — led by Sawa practitioners in small cohorts that stay together from first session to last.
Three categories
Every programme sits in one of three places. The category decides the language we use, the pace, and who else is in the room with you.
Parents & Family
Raising children through specific stages — early years, adolescence, neurodivergence, and the family patterns that come with them.
Wellbeing
Anxiety, sleep, burnout, grief and self-compassion — skills-based programmes you practise between sessions.
Relationships
Communication, conflict and repair for couples and for individuals working on a relationship alone.
How a programme runs
Register
One place per cohort. Pay once, in instalments, or apply for financial aid.
Orientation
A short session on how the cohort works and what is expected of you.
Weekly sessions
The same group, the same facilitator, with practice between meetings.
Closing & resources
A closing session, take-home materials, and where to go next.
What you leave with
Something you can use tomorrow
Programmes are built around practice, not lectures.
A group that knows your story
Cohorts stay closed, so trust builds instead of restarting.
A route into further support
If a programme surfaces something bigger, we will show you where it is handled.
